The script for Flash 2 has already been written despite the controversies raised by Ezra Miller

The Flash won’t hit theaters until next year, but the script for the sequel is said to have already been written despite the numerous controversies involving the franchise’s main star, Ezra Miller. The actor was involved in a number of controversies during the production of the film with multiple arrests in Hawaii, and most recently pleaded not guilty to a burglary charge that could carry up to 26 years in prison with the maximum sentence. It is reported that Warner Bros. Discovery is considering its options for moving forward with the film, and is said to already have plans ready for the sequel.

according to A report from The Hollywood Reporter, Warner Bros. proceeds. Discovery is forward on “several fronts” for its A-list characters, even preparing for a possible future after that. These plans include a possible return from Henry Cavill’s Superman among other things, but they also include plans for the future of The Flash despite Ezra Miller’s controversy. Sparkle It reportedly contains supplemental script written by David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick (who co-wrote the scripts for Aquaman, Sorcery 2 and more) to be ready if the first movie does well in theaters when it launches next June. But, unfortunately, the report does not give details about Miller’s participation not only in the first film, but in future projects. As many have pointed out, Miller’s continued involvement in the project (and even reporting additional filming while other investigations are in progress) remains a sticking point for many.

Regardless of how fans feel about the current state of the project, it seems that Warner executives are hoping to create such a buzz with this upcoming movie that they’re ready to showcase what could happen next should it happen. Success at the box office. But as many other developments surrounding Miller and her role in the project begin, these plans may be affected in ways Warner might not have foreseen.

Sparkle It’s currently scheduled to hit theaters on June 23, 2023, and star Miller is taking the titular role after their time in Justice League before. How do you feel about The Flash, which is already in motion? Let us know all your thoughts on this topic in the comments!
