NBC Quantum leap The revival appears to have been successful so far; The ratings didn’t quite ignite the world, but it does well enough that the network has ordered additional episodes, presumably paving the way for the renewal of the second season. However, in just over a week, the series will honor an old tradition of the original Quantum leap: will become nervous. On Halloween at 10PM EST/PT on NBC, Dr. Ben Song will jump into the body of a 1930s priest… and as a result he’ll have to figure out how to perform an exorcism.
Raymond Lee revealed some details about the upcoming Halloween episode while talking to him TV inside. Among other things, he promised that there would be corpses, and, most horrifying of all, Latin. Fortunately, Addison is there to keep him calm. Remember, after all, you were meant to be the leader.
“They are hard as nails,” he told me in the interview. “There’s not much that bothers her, except when Ben is in danger. Do we find Ben in danger in this episode? Strong possibility!”

It’s been nearly 30 years since Dr. Sam Beckett got into the Quantum Leap accelerator and disappeared. Now, a new team, led by physicist Ben Song (Raymond Lee), has been assembled to restart the project in hopes of understanding the mysteries behind the machine and the man who created it.
Everything changes, however, when Ben makes an unauthorized jump in the past, leaving the team behind to solve the mystery of why he did it. Addison (Caitlin Bassett) stands beside Ben throughout his jumps, which appears as a hologram only Ben can see and hear. She’s a decorated veteran of the military that lends a subtlety to her job.
Leading the top-secret operation, Herbert “Magic” Williams (Ernie Hudson), is a no-nonsense professional military man who has to respond to his superiors who won’t be happy once they learn of a breach of protocol. The rest of the team at headquarters includes Ian Wright (Mason Alexander Park), who runs the Ziggy AI unit, and Jane Chu (Nanrisa Lee), who heads the project’s digital security.
As Ben leaps from life to life, and corrects what went wrong, it is clear that he and his team are on an exciting journey. However, Addison, Magic, Ian, and Jane know that if they are going to solve the mystery of Ben’s jump and bring him home, they must act quickly or lose him forever.
