Overwatch 2 only launched about a month ago, but it has already attracted more than 25 million users on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The free team-based shooter is about to get a major update, which is launching alongside the 2022 Halloween Terror event. Overwatch 2’s first highly seasonal event is on October 25, 6pm UK time.
As part of the Halloween Terror event, Overwatch 2 developer Blizzard will introduce a variant of the classic Junkenstein’s Revenge time-limited game mode.
Junkenstein’s Revenge: Wrath of the Bride sees four players team up to take on the Junkenstein Bride.

As part of the event, players can complete challenges to unlock exclusive rewards, including the Nightfall Over Adlersbrunn Name Card, Jack-o’-Lantern Weapon Charm, Battle Pass XP, and more.

Dr. Junkenstein will appear as himself again in the original co-op Brawl of Junkenstein’s Revenge, returning for a limited time to Halloween Terror 2022.
From October 25 through November 9, join your fellow heroes to face a host of agonizing horrors as you seek to protect Eichenwalde – or fall for the bride’s punishment.
Longtime Overwatch fans will be able to take part in the original Brawl from Junkenstein’s Revenge, which is back for a limited time.
The event, which runs until November 9, offers a selection of additional rewards, including fearsome skins in the Item Shop, as well as Werewolf Winston and Werewolf Winston sprays for watching Overwatch 2 Twitch streams.
You’ll need to watch a few hours to open the spray, and four hours to open the skin.
Needless to say, Blizzard will be releasing a brand new Overwatch 2 update on October 25th, which brings a bunch of gameplay tweaks and balancing changes.
