Early Black Friday deals are currently taking big bucks from some of our favorite tech of 2022, and this huge discount on the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is definitely a deal that caught our eye.

right Now , Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (128GB) is on sale for $899 at Amazon (Opens in a new tab). That’s $300 off the full retail price of $1,199. And the lowest new price we’ve seen for this smartphone. It is definitely one of the best Amazon Black Friday deals available right now. And if you want extra storage space, Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (256GB) is on sale for $999 on Amazon (Opens in a new tab)This is a $300 discount.

We rate the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra as the best Android phone you can buy. It takes its predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, as a base, and then expands on its solid foundation with an updated design, an improved display, a better chipset and great cameras, including a 108MP main sensor and dual zoom lenses. Additionally, it comes bundled with the S Pen, which only sweetens the pot.

In our review of the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, we call the phone “the Galaxy Note with a faster built-in S Pen, lots of camera improvements, a brighter screen and faster charging.” We also described it as “an excellent phone overall” and were impressed enough to give the Galaxy S22 Ultra the Editor’s Choice seal of approval.

We found the shorter battery life and less RAM than its predecessor to be a little disappointing. But there are somewhat slight gripes as everything else about this phone is great.

Perhaps the biggest downside to the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is its price, but thanks to these Black Friday deals, that’s not quite a sticking point as it was when the phone launched back in February. Granted, even at $999, it’s a far cry from an impulse buy, but if you’re in the market for a new Android smartphone with decent storage, the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is the one to beat.

This is just one of the dozens of unmissable early Black Friday deals you can shop right now, so stick with Tom’s guide because we’ll pinpoint the best savings for the duration of the retail holiday.
