Original Berserk Anime Reveals Netflix Release Date

Rambunctious Still one of the darkest and wildest anime franchises to hit the center over the past decades, Guts’ journey has been as introspective as it is nihilistic. While the series continued to follow the tragic death of Kentaro Miura through the manga, the anime returned thanks to Berserk: Commemorative Edition. Now, fans will be able to experience the anime adaptation that started it all with the 90’s Berserk anime heading to Netflix.

the first Rambunctious Anime arrived on the small screen in 1997, eight years after the manga premiered on the pages of Young Animal. He mostly seizes the opportunity to cover the “Golden Age Arc”, aka the story of Guts joining the Band of the Hawk, meeting Griffith and Casca, and eventually finding himself in a life of desperation filled with some of the most terrifying demons in the anime, often seen in the original TV series. Now, Netflix has confirmed when fans can expect the series to hit the streaming service, with the platform already in the movie trilogy.

The first TV series on the cliffhanger ended completely, with the anime adaptation being used somewhat as a means to help propel the manga as viewers might want to see where Guts and Company end up after the devastating events of Eclipse.

While a new Berserk anime adaptation has yet to be confirmed, a countdown clock has appeared on the anime series’ official website, leaving fans wondering if a new project will be announced in about twenty-eight days. While there is nothing engraved on stone, there are plenty of stories from Rambunctious Manga that has not yet been adapted with animation.
