Alexa Bliss will make her WarGames debut at Survivor Series tonight, teaming with Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair, Asuka, Mia Yim and the returning Becky Lynch to take on Damage CTRL’s Bayley, Dakota Kai, IYO SKY, Nikki Cross and Rhea Ripley. You’ve mentioned that Belair shouldn’t feel comfortable with that title, but for now it seems like she’s focused more on developing her character rather than pursuing another title. In an interview with The Run In from BT Sport’s The Run InShe said she would like to be a hero again, but creativity is what really drives her.
When asked what she hopes to do in 2023, Bliss said “I want to evolve. I want to evolve as a person and see what else I can become. That’s my angle. There’s so much to explore. There’s every type of person out there, why not try them all?” “
“For me, I feel like a lot of the same people have titles, so it’s nice to see new people with titles. I was so excited when Liv[Morgan]won the title. It’s great to have different opponents and if I’m not going to be the champion, I want Being the one who works opposite the hero. It’s nice to see other girls having their moment, but I also want to be the character who works opposite them. For me, obviously, I’d love to be a hero again, but the creative side is what really drives me,” Bliss said.
Host Rob Armstrong mentioned that creativity can be the most interesting part for fans, and Bliss agrees, saying with a laugh “I sat on a swing for a year and people were so intrigued, it was cool.”
It will be interesting to see who Bliss takes on next, as there are several ways to follow out on WarGames. Nikki’s latest transformation could restart their feud and play for their time as teammates, while Bliss could also end up feuding with Belair for the Raw Women’s Championship.
