The CW has released photos from the series finale for Stargirl in DC. The episode “Frenemies Chapter Thirteen: The Reckoning” will premiere on Wednesday, December 7th. While we don’t have a ton of details in the recently released recap, the penultimate episode of the fan-favorite DC series has set the final episode as likely to have the highest stakes yet for Courtney Whitmore / Stargirl (Brec Bassinger) and the JSA. The episode revealed that the man they thought was Sylvester Pemberton/Starman (Joel McHale) was actually a superhuman in his own body – controlling the cosmic staff. Courtney and the JSA don’t know this yet, nor do they know that this crook has buried Pat (Luke Wilson) alive, but from the look of things in the photos and teaser, when it becomes clear, it’s going to be a major fight.
