As Todd and Julie Chrisley head to jail, a custody battle appears to be brewing

Now, the two are set to be Placed in the care of Savannah Chrisleybut it looks like a custody battle involving Chloe is now brewing for the Chrisleys ahead of their prison terms.

Chloe Chrisley’s mother, Angela Johnson, is reportedly looking to get full custody of her daughter. TMZ Reports indicate that Johnson has been putting together a legal team for at least a few years in an effort to get her child back. However, it has been noted that the process has been an uphill battle for her, which is partly due to the court cases. Presently, Johnson is a resident of South Carolina, while Chloe resides in Tennessee. The news outlet obtained footage showing Johnson crying to be reunited with her daughter on a part-time basis:

I Wanna [Chloe] At home, she deserves to be at home. … I’ve been stalling for a long time, try patiently [get her back], and I don’t think it’s right for them to pretend I don’t exist and just say, “Oh, we’ll just let Savannah have it.” Does not make sense.
