Adam Sandler wanted Brendan Fraser in the Airheads, but not everyone was on board

He was saying “I don’t get it, I don’t see a caveman in this movie,” and I was like, “He could do other things.” I finally went to his house at 4 am, I woke up and he said “Who are you?” I said, “Never mind that, just know that Adam Sandler wouldn’t be in Airheads unless Ollie Fraser was in it.” So, he changed his tune a little.
