Next James Bond: Henry Cavill surpassed by the star with “the shortest odds since the betting opened” | Movies | entertainment

According to William Hill, Aaron Taylor-Johnson will now likely be announced as the new Bond. The 32-year-old Avengers Age of Ultron and Bullet Train star has gone from 6-4 to 4-5. A spokesperson for the bookies confirmed that this makes him “007’s shortest-priced candidate since we opened the betting”.

Behind him is Henry Cavill at 11-2, followed by Chewell Ejiofor at 7-1, and Dan Stevens at 8-1, as well as both Richard Madden and Reggie Jean Page at 9-1. Of course, all of this needs to be taken with a pinch of salt but there have definitely been some rumors about Aaron in the news lately.
