In a Panorama interview from November 20, 1995, Princess Diana spoke about how the media treated her, and in the Netflix documentaries they used a clip of her where she said:

According to Deadline, this interview became infamous for Diana saying “there were three of us in the marriage,” referring to now-King Charles, and his relationship with now-Queen Camilla Parker-Bowles. This part of the interview does not appear in the documentary.
Following his mother’s segment on the Netflix series, Harry said:
My mom was molested her whole life with my dad. But after the breakup, the harassment took to new levels.
This interview with Princess Diana is controversial, and Martin Bashir, the BBC correspondent who conducted the interview, is now feeling shame. According to the article, this interview from 1995 recently made headlines when it was filmed the crown. Diana’s brother, Earl Charles Spencer, asked to review the BBC and how Bashir managed to get the interview.
What was revealed was that Al-Bashir had used fake banknotes to gain Diana’s confidence and, in a report from Lord Dyson, the BBC was condemned for “sad incompetence”. This led to general manager Tony Hall, who was head of news at the time of the interview, resigning from his role as president of the National Gallery. After this report was published, the BBC donated around $1.8 million to charities associated with the princess, they also said the company would not license the interview again according to Deadline.
