Britney Spears says she went to Jack In The Box for the first time in her life this weekend, but unfortunately, the experience wasn’t as positive as she had hoped. I was left “upset” and very angry at a staff member at the car window who noticed she was crying and told her it was going to be okay.
The beloved pop star took to her Instagram account, which she recently reactivated, to tell the story and talk about what happened. She was walking around crying in her car when she realized she hadn’t eaten all day. I noticed a Jack In The Box sign with pictures of the food and decided to stop. She ordered a double cheeseburger and returned it, but was left infuriated after the “big guy at the fucking window” offered her “pity” and told her it would be okay while he gave it to her. I usually forget to eat… I wait too long and I’m so touchy so if something goes wrong in the house it’s like the world has come to an end. So I got in my car yesterday and cried… I cried so hard… I saw Jack in the bin… I’ve never eaten there a day in my damn life… I was like holy shit and when did I see that big sign of food pics. They usually hate looking at food but it’s timing!!! Holy pig heaven I have cookies and cream milkshake with double cheeseburger. Well………………I was crying in the car…but no one could tell, I just…my face still looked normal…I was fine , but then it was… that huge guy at the damn window… gave me pity!!! It will be fine!!! ………………. WTF he just said??? He doesn’t know me I’m sure because the hell he doesn’t know his ass…so why did he say that??? Everything will be fine !!! I insulted. Damn you stupid guy at Jack in the Box. You don’t know me…you’re not my blood so go fuck yourself!!!
The stranger’s words obviously didn’t go over well with Britney Spears, but the majority of responses to the post were from fans expressing confusion and/or defending the junk food factor. One comment saying we need more men like that with “good” hearts got over 17,000 likes. Another said that the interaction looked like a “human-to-human” that had more than a thousand likes. Many others have expressed confusion about why this interaction is being handled negatively.
Outside of social media, it’s been a whirlwind year for Spears. Icon is finally released from her custody and given control of her life again after more than a decade under her father’s control. She quickly married boyfriend Sam Asghari and later released a hit song with pop legend Elton John. However, high-profile feuds with her parents, sister, ex-husband and children have played out on social media, and her lack of a filter dealing with her feelings about the estrangement, as well as her views on everyday life, has left some fans wondering if She needed some support. It’s unclear how far we might see Britney Spears moving forward musically. The pop star is still very popular, as we saw with Elton John’s hit, but for now, she seems content to focus on her personal life and new marriage, as well as trying all the things she wasn’t able to do during her conservancy like using ATM, drive and have a glass of wine. We hope it brings her happiness, and we hope she’s open to trying Jack In The Box again, and it’s delicious.
