Everyone loves a good puzzle and ice cream now, before launch Glass Onion: Takes the mystery out of the cutlery On Netflix, the streaming company has partnered with Van Leeuwen to release a new, limited-edition flavor – described as its “killer” yet – to celebrate Benoit Blanc’s latest mystery. On Monday, the ice cream brand announced a new Glass Onion ice cream flavor that will be available starting December 12th.
The dessert is described as “full of fuzzy and delicious ingredients”, all of which pay tribute to the Glass Onion. The ice cream contains Van Leeuwen’s signature vanilla ice cream, a touch of Greek yogurt to transport you to the world of the movie, honeycomb fudge that gives a glass-like crunch, and is topped with a swirl of bourbon, caramelized onion jam. Brand even got a little amused by challenging the film’s crew and director Rian Johnson to a taste test. You can watch this video below.
Fans can get their hands on this new, limited-edition flavor by scoop and pint at Van Leeuwen locations in NYC and Los Angeles.
