Arrow star Stephen Amell reveals interest in playing Batman Villain in the DCU

Stephen Amell is best known for playing Oliver Queen / Green Arrow Arrow And in the Arrowverse for many years, now that the series is coming to an end, many fans are wondering if the actor will ever become part of the DC universe again. There’s been a lot of change in DC now that James Gunn and Peter Safran have stepped into their roles as co-CEOs of DC Studios. This week it was revealed that Henry Cavill will not be returning as Superman and that the Gal Gadot-led Wonder Woman 3 It no longer happens. Now, there are rumors that some DC actors could be returning in new roles. Amell was recently interviewed by Geek House Gallery He was asked if he wanted to play Green Arrow in the DCU or someone else.

“If I’m going to be part of the DCEU, I probably just want to play the Green Arrow there. I don’t know. I mean, are they still separated? Didn’t we have flashes in the Arrowverse at some point? So, I don’t know. We’ll see. What they want.” He added, “If I had to pick a movie, I’d pick my own, just because there are so many things I’d selfishly want to do with Arrow that we couldn’t necessarily do on TV.” When asked if he could play anyone else in the franchise, Amell replied, “Oh, just find me a good Batman villain no one’s played yet and I’ll play him.”

Will Stephen Amell play Oliver Queen again?

Sparkle It returns next year for its ninth and final season, which will officially mark the end of the Arrowverse that began in 2012. Amell recently said he’d be open to returning as Oliver Queen for SparkleIn the final season, however, he notices he hasn’t been asked (yet). “People ask me if I’m coming back for Sparkle “Last season,” said Amell. I guess you’ll just have to watch. He wasn’t asked, but you know, that would be fun.”
