Since that time, both Netflix and Ubisoft have been pretty quiet about the show’s status outside of periodic confirmations that the series is still in the works. So I think that’s fair,” Stewart said of his reason for leaving. “I know it’s going to be great when it comes out. I think the Ubisoft guys are great. I think it’s a great franchise. It was just a good, mutual time moving forward for both sides.”
