A woman shot her terminally ill husband at a local hospital Saturday morning, police said in Daytona Beach, Florida. The condition of the husband after he was shot is unknown.

Police say the woman locked herself in her husband’s room, and officials are currently “negotiating” with her to “get her to surrender and be discharged.”
