The N64 Classic is now free to play for some

One of the N64’s best games – and one of the best games of all time across all platforms – is now available for free, but it’s not for everyone. Although the N64 didn’t sell as well as its competitors or even compared to some of Nintendo’s other consoles, it did, like every Nintendo console, except perhaps the Wii U, boast an absolutely impressive library full of amazing exclusive games. One of the greatest examples of this golden eyes 007, which was re-released today across Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X this week. And if you have Nintendo Switch Online or Xbox Game Pass, you can play the re-release at no additional charge. How long it will be available across a pair of subscription services is not made clear.

If you check one of these boxes, another warning remains, at least if you’re a Nintendo Switch Online subscriber. If you are an Xbox Game Pass subscriber, the game will be available across both tiers of subscription service. If you’re trying to access the game via Nintendo Switch Online though, you’ll need the expansion pack, which is the premium tier of Nintendo Switch Online.

Enter a world of espionage like Bond in golden eyes 007Reads an official teaser about the game. Your covert operation to stop the GoldenEye weapon satellite spans the globe – you’ll infiltrate underground bases, attack via military train and infiltrate deep into the jungle. Along the way, M will brief you on your objectives and Q Branch will support your efforts with a range of tools, but the ultimate success of this mission is yours alone. Save the day, then go for the gold in spy vs. espionage locally or online in four-player multiplayer mode and enjoy round after round of competitive first-person action.”

If you’re going to check out GoldenEye007, there are a few differences between the versions that you should know about. Only the Xbox versions support 4K. In addition to that, they also provide a higher frame rate. Negating these perks is the fact that these versions only support local split-screen multiplayer, while the Switch version offers online multiplayer.
