GRAMMYs: A look back at the 2023 Awards
Sunday, February 5, 2023 marks the launch of the 2023 Grammy Awards. The awards ceremony will be streamed on the Grammys website at 1 a.m. on the morning of February 6. Fans have long been speculating about who will be able to come out on top across the many awards categories, with a lot of pressure on former former directorial star Harry Styles. Unfortunately for him, his latest record – Harry’s House – may not be enough to win the coveted awards this year.

The competition for Record of the Year 2023 has exploded. Not only does Harry Styles take on the likes of Brandi Carlile’s You and Me on the Rock and Steve Lacy’s Bad Habit, but he has to contend with both Adele and Beyoncé.
Harry’s As It was the course of the summer of 2023 and as a result he is currently second in the Ladbrokes odds leader with 5/2. However, Queen Bey’s Break My Soul is on its heels as thrilling, which has an astounding 9/1 rating.
However, Adele comes out on top of the leaderboard. Her disturbing track, Easy On Me, broke records when it came out again in October 2021. As a result, she’s currently topping the charts with an astonishing 10/11.
“Odds are Adele will soon be adding to her collection of Grammy gongs this weekend,” said Alex Abbate of Ladbrokes.

However, Adele can’t win them all. While her fourth album, 30, was a smash hit when it finally hit store shelves in November 2021, it’s not the favorite to win the Grammys for album of the year. Instead, Beyoncé is topping the charts.
Beyoncé’s seventh studio album, Revival, hit streaming services on July 29, 2022 and wowed both fans and critics. Not only did it reach #1 on the US Billboard 200 chart, but it was also certified platinum. As a result, she is currently the favorite to win Album of the Year on 8/11.
Harry Styles is right behind it with his stellar third album, Harry’s House, and a solid line-up of 7/2 odds from bookmakers.
“Beyoncé’s tour tickets have sold out like hotcakes and she looks set for her perfect weekend with Album of the Year Grammys seemingly at her fingertips,” said Alex Abbate of Ladbrokes.

The Song of the Year is somewhat more interesting at Grammys 2023. It includes not only the aforementioned big stars like Adele (with Easy On Me), Harry Styles (with As It Was) and Beyoncé (with Break My Soul), but also other big hitters from Heavy hitters including Kendrick Lamar (with Heart V) and Lizzo (with About Damn Time).
However, the biggest change to the odds for this category is the inclusion of Taylor Swift. The surprise American superstar released her tenth studio album, Midnight, in October 2022, but previously dropped her extended version of All Too Well. This became an anthem for Swifties, and he has since claimed an incredible 4/1 odds at Ladbrokes.
Still, Adele is at the top of the pack, for now, with 10/11. And Harry Styles is right behind her with 3/1 – so nothing is set in stone just yet.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “At best, it’s a three-horse race for Song of the Year, and while Adele currently heads the stakes, we wouldn’t be surprised to see Harry Styles or Taylor Swift move her to the position.”

Best Pop Solo Performance
Once again, it looks like Adele could take home another award without breaking a sweat. The 34-year-old singer took the world by storm when she released Easy On Me, and her gorgeous voice on the recording might be enough for her to take home the Best Pop Solo Performance Grammy of 2023 with colossal odds of 4/5 from Ladbrokes.
However, there is a possibility that you will be beaten to the finish line. Harry Styles, once again, has a strong running position with As It Was. The British singer-turned-actor has unfounded odds of 6/4 of capturing a Grammy.
Doja Cat is behind both of these music industry powerhouses, with their viral hit Woman. The 5/1 odds combination is enough to ensure that she still has a chance of winning the prize by the end of the night.
