On mental health, the president will advocate for bipartisan support to ban targeted online advertising targeting youth. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will also launch a campaign to provide mental health resources to healthcare organizations to support their workforce. The president will discuss how to connect more Americans with better health care coverage, including granting more than $280 million from the Education Department to high-needs areas to increase the number of mental health professionals in schools.
