In his recent Super Follows post on Twitter, Ross said, “The 15.5-inch MacBook Air began production of panels this month. We expect it to be released in early April.”

As we reported throughout June of 2022, Bloomberg’s Mark Gorman said the 15-inch is expected to be a wider version of the 13-inch MacBook Air 2022. Gurman claims that Apple initially planned to design the 2022 MacBook Air with a 15-inch display, but decided to stick with a 13.6-inch display that’s slightly larger than the 13.3-inch display on the previous 2020 MacBook Air.
