Harris County, Texas (KTRK) – An 11-year-old who is believed to have repeatedly raped an ISD student five years younger than him now faces criminal charges.
On Wednesday, ABC13 learned that the Harris County District Attorney’s Office accepted three counts of aggravated child sexual abuse against the suspect, whose identity has been withheld due to his age.

Charges were accepted once the investigation into the alleged actions on an Aldine ISD school bus was completed, as Aldine ISD Police worked closely with the Chief of the Juvenile Division of the Public Prosecutor’s Office on the day the allegations surfaced.
Over a week ago, Latoya “Stormie” Monroe, the mother of the 6-year-old victim, went public with what she says she witnessed in footage taken on her son’s school bus.
Monroe said an older boy had sexually assaulted her son over the past several months while he was riding the bus to school.
However, Monroe said she didn’t know of any kind of incident until the week before last, when her son’s backpack went missing. She told Eyewitness News that she contacted the school’s transportation officials to ask them to review the security footage on the bus to see if they could figure out what happened to the backpack.
The assaults were caught on video, Monroe said, and that’s when she got a call from the school.
In a statement, the school district acknowledged the allegations and announced an investigation would begin on February 1. CPS followed suit, too.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office added that since then the victim has been offered ongoing treatment through the Children’s Evaluation Centre.
