A week has passed since then Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania The world is unleashed, transporting landscapes from the Marvel Cinematic Universe into unexpected new territory. The film follows its scattered group of characters through the Quantum Realm, a dimension that, over the past few years, has drawn comparisons to the negative territory traditionally associated with the Fantastic Four in comics. While the Fantastic Four does not appear or be referenced in as a commaniaThey’re set to get their own MCU reboot in the coming years – and apparently, a few of the new movie’s characters will enjoy sharing the screen with them. In separate interviews with ComicBook.comGina Anderson, Darren Cross/Modoc actor Corey Stoll, and Fantastic Four member David Dastmalchian’s VIP actor Ben Grimm/The Thing have all been suggested as characters they want to crossover with.
“I suspect [Darren] He might have some kind of good chemistry with Ben Grimm,” Stoll revealed. I think he and the thing could be kind of a good duo. “
“I feel like Veb would get along very well with Ben Grimm,” Dastmalchian argued in a separate interview. “Because Ben Grimm is a scientist, I could see them coming together in a weird way. Maybe Reed Richards gets tired of Veb’s curiosity eventually, but I think Ben would make a really funny pair. These two are meandering through some interdimensional adventures together. I think Veb would love Ben.” Grimm, because he’d be like, “What’s all this rock? Where did you get these? Do you have holes in your rocks? Oh, do your rocks produce stuff? Does that make sand? Oh, that’s neat. Is that what comes out of there? Oh, what’s up? I think this would be a really great relationship.”

Plot details, as well as any confirmed cast members, have yet to be revealed to the new Marvel Fantastic Four, which will be directed by Matt Shakman of WandaVision. However, with the Marvel Cinematic Universe crossover event Avengers: Secret Wars On the horizon, and the team’s ties to new franchise great Kang the Conqueror (Jonathan Majors), there’s a lot of hype around the movie.
“A lot of people know about this origin story,” Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige said in an interview last year. “A lot of people know the basics. How do we take that and bring something they haven’t seen before… We set a high bar for ourselves by bringing that to the screen.”
