Demon Slayer celebrates Shinobu’s birthday with a special trailer

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba It may be ready to highlight some of its other Hashiras with the anime’s upcoming third season, but the franchise has released a special new trailer to help celebrate Shinobu Kocho’s birthday, Insect Hashira! The anime has been steadily preparing for the series’ return this spring with a full adaptation of the Swordsmith Village arc of Koyoharu Gotoge’s original manga series. This new arc pushes things up a notch, and more Hashira will appear at the center of the action in order to deal with the new threats.

Unfortunately, while the fights will increase in volume and showcase more of Hashira’s skills, they will also be missing some key characters that fans wanted to see more like Shinobu. It’s going to take a back seat to Love and Mist Hashiras which it gets rid of this time around, but thankfully the franchise has helped give it its own kind of spotlight with a new promo showcasing some of its best moments from the manga so far. You can check out the special promotion and celebration of Shinobu’s birthday (February 24) below:

How to watch Demon Slayer: Swordsmith Village Arc

Demon Slayer: Swordsmith Village Arc It has yet to confirm a specific release date as of this writing, but it is currently set to premiere in April as part of the Spring 2023 anime schedule. Following the events of the Entertainment District arc seen in Season 2, this new arc will bring in more members of Muzan Kibutsuji’s Upper Ranks where Daki and Gyutaro’s defeat caught their attention. This means that things are going to be much more dangerous and deadly from this moment on.

New additions to the cast for the new wave of episodes include the likes of Ryotaro Okiayu as Kokushibo, Mamoru Miyano as Doma, Toshio Furukawa as Hantengu, and Kosuke Toriumi as Gyokko. The opening theme for the new season, titled “Kizuna no Kiseki” as performed by Man With A Mission and Milet, was also revealed. Catch up on the first two seasons and the movie is streaming now with Crunchyroll before new episodes premiere this spring.
