A video shows a Shih-Tzu using the binky stolen from the family's new baby

A mom in Arkansas says she was changing the diapers of her four-week-old baby when Millie, the shih tzu, took the opportunity to take her little one to herself.

A video clip shows the dog grunting in its mouth – apparently purring – while a baby cries in front of it.

And Millie doesn’t seem to want to return the favor.

The mum says she feels Millie has been planning this ever since she brought the baby home from the hospital.
