Spring, Texas (KTRK) – It will be amazing to know that you and your family are not the only ones living in your property.

But finding out that a trespasser also grabbed multiple devices with illicit images could be even more impressive.

This scenario is what Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herrmann released in a press release about David Walters, who is on the run for possession of third-degree child pornography.

The information was released Monday, but deputies have been searching for the 55-year-old since a neighbor called them in the Spring area on March 14.

According to the constable’s office, deputies received a call from the Enchanted Oaks department regarding a suspected known trespasser. They go home and later find Walters has been sneaking around and sitting in a shed in the backyard.

Walters was not present when the deputies arrived, but they said the homeowner pointed them to several electronic devices in the shed that the resident said might contain nude images of underage children.

Investigators seized the devices, which included data storage devices, and recovered, with a search warrant in hand, multiple images of illegal child pornography on items they say Walters owned.

Herrmann said Walters is wanted for four counts of possession of child pornography by the 338th District Court.

The policeman urged anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact him Zone 4 or the law enforcement agency closest to you.
