The CW has released images for “Chapter One Hundred and Twenty-Two: Tales in the Jugular Vein,” the fifth episode of RiverdaleThe seventh and final season. The episode is set to air on Wednesday, April 26, and based on the previously released preview, it’ll have a mix of sex and death – not to mention President Featherhead’s take on what he sees as the negative influence of comic books. Corrupting America’s Youth – Principal Featherhead (guest star William MacDonald) takes aim at the negative impact comic books have on children, just as Pep Comics commissions Jughead (Cole Sprouse) to write four tales for a new issue. It also stars KJ Apa, Lili Reinhart, Cole Sprouse, and Madelaine Petsch. Jeff Woolnow directed the episode, written by Greg Murray.
Riverdale It airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on The CW. “Tales in a Jugular Vein” premiered on April 26.
