Bukobson TWP. , Pennsylvania – Professional skater and former “Jackass” star Brandon “Bam” Margera turned himself in Thursday morning, days after a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Soldiers said he was fingerprinted and photographed before he was brought to trial in Chester County, Pennsylvania. He pleaded not guilty and was released on $50,000 bond.

Troops first responded to the town of Pokobson, Pennsylvania, Sunday morning to a report of a disturbance.

They said Margera began punching and kicking his brother’s locked bedroom door around 8 a.m., according to probable cause testimony.

When his brother left the room, police said he found a handwritten note that said, “If you ever (expletive) consider calling the police against me, I will (expletive) officially.”

Police said the note was signed by “Bam”.

Margera’s brother then found him in the kitchen, and police said Margera began “yelling at him and becoming aggressive,” then punched him in the head and grabbed his arm.

Margera then said, “I’m going to kill you. I’m going to put a bullet in your head,” according to the affidavit.

Police said his brother said Margera had threatened to kill everyone in the house.

Then Margera ran away from the house into the woods. Soldiers searched the area, but Margera was not found.

He is now facing charges of assault and terrorist threats.

As part of his supervised bail, Margera is not allowed to leave the state, contact the victim, or return to his home where the fight took place.

He or she must also undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with a recommended treatment plan.

A preliminary hearing is now scheduled for May 25.
