The Governor is finally starting to get into television. Action icon Arnold Schwarzenegger has been a staple on the big screen for decades and now he’s bringing his formidable talents to TV, thanks to a new series on Netflix. The new show is called fubar It stars Schwarzenegger as a career-ending CIA agent who gets roped into a final, absurd mission. fubar It debuted on Netflix and was met with mixed response from critics.
As of Thursday evening, fubar It has a 50% score on Rotten Tomatoes. 32 reviews were submitted to Rotten Tomatoes and exactly half of them were positive. this does not mean fubar It’s a bad show by no means, if only because it leaves people divided. If anything, it can make the show more compelling, because it’s hard to know which side of the fence you might fall on.
Schwarzenegger stars fubar Alongside Monica Barbaro, whom you’ll likely recognize for her role in last year’s record-breaking movie Top Gun: Maverick. Barbaro plays Emma Brunner, daughter of Schwarzenegger Luke Brunner.
fubar Also stars Milan Carter, Gabriel Luna, Fortune Famster, Travis Van Winkle, Fabiana Odinho, Jay Baruchel, Barbara Eve Harris, and Aparna Brill.
