Demon Slayer It came to a head in Season 3 as the final episodes kick the final battle of the Swordsmith Village Arc into high gear, and the final moments of the latest episode of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Proving Mitsuri Kanroji’s power as Love Hashira makes her official return to the arena and take center stage in the battle against the top-ranked Hantengu! One of the big surprises to Demon Slayer Season 3 was when he reintroduced two members of Hashira to the anime, but we’ve only seen Mist Hashira, Muichiro Tokito, in action so far.

Demon Slayer: Mitsuri finally joins the fight
Demon Slayer Season 3 Episode 9 sees Muichiro finish his fight with Gyokko, but unfortunately, Mist Hashira is so weakened during the fight that he can no longer help Tanjiro, Nezuko, and Genya. Soon after, the trio continues to struggle against the Zohakuten as it is revealed that the newest Emotion Demon can use stronger versions of others’ powers, and it seems to be over for the trio as Tanjiro is eaten by a stone dragon, both Genya and Nezuko are captured.
That was until Mitsuri suddenly appeared and easily freed Tanjirou from Zuhakuten’s grasp. After breaking through the stone easily, she quickly tells Tanjiro that he can now take a break because she is there to fight. Tanjiro gets worried for her and tries to warn her that this opponent is of a higher rank, but she doesn’t seem worried at all as she quickly takes the upper hand heading into the full fight between the two in the final episodes of the series.
