Publisher 2K and developer Firaxis Games have released a new trailer for their upcoming turn-based RPG, Marvel’s Midnight Suns, which introduces The Hunter, a fully customizable character, as the game’s main protagonist.
The trailer features the Hunter as a playable character in Marvel’s ever-growing roster of Midnight Suns, which also includes the likes of Captain America, Iron Man, Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, and Wanda. From different hairstyles to suits for the main hero, players can customize the hunter to reflect their personal tastes. Although the one-minute snippet focuses on customization options, the teaser contains several scenes that refer to the characters’ skills.
As shown in the trailer above, The Hunter appears to have the ability to cause damage in the area as she turns her blade into a hammer and smashes enemies. Marvel’s Midnight Suns was scheduled to launch on October 7, and has since been pushed back until “later this fiscal year,” according to the developers. The much-anticipated tactical RPG release date is not yet out at the time of writing, but it is expected to release before March of next year.
