The figure appears to have been inspired by the 2020 Queen of the Ring story from the DC Comics Harley Quinn comic book series, which saw Harley join an underground wrestling squad. On a related note, the third season of the animated series Harley Quinn will arrive on HBO Max this summer, and fans are getting ready after nearly two years of waiting. Star Kaley Cuoco has also said that Season 3 will see Harley and Ivy (Lake Bell) continue to work hard, even as things get more and more crazy in the series. She also said that the relationship between the two is the focal point of the season.

Keeping Harley and Ivy together in Season 3 is something that co-presenter Justin Halpern previously emphasized was an important part of the series going forward after the end of Season 2, which saw the two characters finally meet.
“When we were talking about where Season 3 could go, the first thing we said was, ‘We don’t want to do a third season where it looks like the stakes are [whether] “Harley and Ivy stay together,” Halpern said before renewing the show. “It’s much more interesting that you do a show about how you navigate these very different personalities in a relationship. And what are the fun things that can come out of that? What outside influences could make this relationship difficult but without the risks, ‘Are they going to break up?'” Right? Well, if there’s a third season, and I hope there will be, it wouldn’t risk, ‘Will Harley and Ivy stay together?’ They’re a couple.”
