Samsung will launch six new Galaxy Book laptops in India on March 17, according to 360 . Tools Transfer. A company executive who spoke to the publication said that a lineup consisting of the Samsung Galaxy Book2, Galaxy Book2 360, Galaxy Book2 Pro, Galaxy Book2 Pro 360, Galaxy Book 2 Business and Galaxy Book Go will be launched at a reasonable price. All laptops will come with Windows 11 ready
Samsung’s India store lists the Galaxy Book2 Pro and Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 even though they are only mentioned as coming. The Amazon link for laptops was posted earlier, so these will also be offered via the e-commerce platform.
Samsung is expected to release the laptops on March 17th. It also sent out invitations to the Galaxy A event, where the company is expected to announce two new A-series phones: Galaxy A73 and Galaxy A53.
Samsung Galaxy Book2 was launched globally in 2018 and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 850 processor. The tablet is expected to be a form factor with keyboard kickstand and S-Pen. Galaxy Book Go was launched globally in June 2021 and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC. It will come with a 180 degree foldable hinge design.
The Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro and Book2 Pro 360 were announced at MWC Barcelona in February of this year, and both devices are available in two sizes – with a 13.3-inch screen and a 15.6-inch screen. Both mobile devices are available for pre-booking on the Samsung India website until 11:59 PM, on March 16th.
Customers need to pay a nominal refundable amount of Rs. 1999 for advance booking. The main difference between both is the fact that the Book2 Pro 360 has a two-in-one form factor that allows users to fold the entire screen back to turn the device into a tablet. It also comes with the Samsung S-pen that is not available with the Book2 Pro.
Other specs remain for the most part: Users can choose between a 12th-generation Intel Core i7 or i5 processor, and models available for pre-order in India feature a 1080p AMOLED display. Currently, the 16GB LPDDR5 memory option is only available for pre-booking on the Samsung website.
