Houston, Texas (KTRK) – Houston police have arrested a man they say was responsible for killing the homeowner and burning his house to the ground. Timothy Wallace is accused of premeditated murder. Wallace is accused of hitting the homeowner 13 times in the back and then stabbing him before setting Willowbend’s home on fire.
