Houston, Texas (KTRK) – On Saturday morning, ABC13 got its first glimpse of a woman in court of possible causes who was charged after her 19-month-old niece fell from a moving vehicle in southwest Houston earlier this week. The child’s aunt, 29-year-old Nicole Nelson, is charged with felony child endangerment and will be awarded $40,000. Nelson is scheduled to return to court on Monday. Houston, Texas (KTRK) – The aunt of a child who fell from a moving car in southwest Houston is now facing child endangerment charges, police said. It was alleged that the woman was driving the car. Dashcam video shows the SUV taking a right turn and the child rolling onto Hillcroft’s feeder road and the Southwest Highway – one of Houston’s busiest intersections.
