Houston, Texas (KTRK) – Both suspects in the off-duty death of Representative Omar Orsen in Harris County Constable 3 have been arrested off-duty in connection with other murder charges. Ahsim Taylor Jr. and Gayland Womack, both 20, were charged Friday with the murder of Orsen. The 37-year-old lawmaker was killed in Atascoeta while driving home after collecting food for his family.
