Houston, Texas (KTRK) – A man was shot dead and another was fighting for his life in a hospital after Houston police said some kind of disturbance escalated in the parking lot of an apartment complex in West Houston. Officers were called at about 4:30 a.m. Tuesday to Serenity’s Cityside Apartment on the 6000th block of Beverly Hills Street.
