Monkeypox Texas: Child under 2 in Harris County presumed positive for virus!

Harris County, Texas (KTRK) – Judge Lina Hidalgo said at a Tuesday morning briefing that a child under two years old in Harris County has tested positive for monkeypox. Hidalgo said officials learned of the information on Monday. Hidalgo added that the child is presumed positive until it is confirmed by the CDC, but there has been no presumed positive case yet that has not been confirmed.
