Columbus, Ohio — Fast food chain Wendy’s says it is pulling lettuce from sandwiches at its restaurants in Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania after people there reported eating it sick. Williamsport, Pennsylvania – A 12-year-old player from Utah, whose team is set to play in the Little League World Series, underwent emergency surgery for a severe head injury he suffered when he fell out of a bunk bed early Monday morning.
