Pasadena, Texas (KTRK) – A 17-year-old is charged with two counts of premeditated murder for his role in a fatal shooting during an illegal drug deal. Pasadena police responded to a shooting call at an apartment block at the 2700 block of Pasadena Avenue on Thursday afternoon.
