Galveston, Texas (KTRK) – A man is accused of murder in a crash, reportedly caused by an altercation that killed a cyclist in Galveston. Police said the accident occurred at about 7 p.m. Wednesday on 32nd Street and R Street. Witnesses told police that a man driving a car and a man on a bicycle got into a verbal and physical altercation before the incident.
