Houston, Texas (KTRK) – The amount of bail set for a man accused of repeatedly hitting and killing a 6-year-old boy, during his court appearance on Tuesday, has been raised. Pedro Alberto Hernandez, 52, charged with murder and DWI – the third or more crime. Initially, his bonds were set at a total of $600,000, but on Tuesday, it was raised to $950,000 – $850,000 for the murder charge and $100,000 for the DWI. The video above is from a previous report.
