Twitter confirmed its plans to sue Elon Musk in a new company-wide memo, stating that it will hold the billionaire accountable. The social media platform has announced that it will prosecute Elon Musk after the CEO of Tesla backed out of a deal to acquire the company for more than $40 billion.
