Former President Donald Trump and his adult sons have agreed to sit down for statements in a lawsuit brought by investors alleging that the family tricked them into making bad investments in the business Trump was promoting.
According to a court filing on Friday, the former president is scheduled to give a statement on June 16, preceded by his sons Don Jr and Eric on May 10 and May 12, respectively.
“The defendants have not yet submitted a date for filing Ivanka Trump,” the letter said.
The locations and logistics of the statements are still under discussion.

Several civil cases are pending against Trump.
In October, he was ordered to answer questions under oath in another lawsuit. The lawsuit included allegations that Trump’s security guards roughed up protesters outside Trump Tower in New York.
