‘Ghost Rider’ Norman Reedus hopes to continue adding fuel to the fire of the idea that he’s playing the iconic Marvel character. The actor was constantly promoting himself for the role by posting and liking many of his fan art pieces in the role. Reedus even gave a bunch of interviews where he confirmed that he wanted to be involved in the character. Now, he’s reigniting the day by publishing his new piece of art as the Ghost Rider.

The art looks like they chose a picture of the actor like The Walking Dead’s Daryl Dixon on a motorbike and added some Hellfire to the background and flames on the bike. If this fan art is any indication, Reedus would be a great option if Marvel Studios did anything with the character.
Nicolas Cage previously played Johnny Cage / Ghost Rider in Sony’s multiple attempts at the character. With Marvel Studios using the multiverse as its main plot device, it wouldn’t be crazy to think we might see Cage return in the role. The actor recently revealed to ComicBook.com if anyone at Marvel has contacted him to return for the role.
“Not yet, no,” Cage said when asked if he’s talked to Marvel’s Kevin Feige or vice versa about each other’s work. “That didn’t happen, but what’s interesting is that no one asked me about returning to Ghost Rider. That was a question that was asked, and they didn’t ask about Ghost Rider, they were asking ‘What do you think of the Marvel movies?’ And I gave my opinion about it.”
When asked if he had any interest in returning to the role, Cage said, “Ghost Rider is a great character. I mean, he’s a complex character. It’s kind of impressive, how do you tell Faust’s story within the context of this universe? Because he’s a very philosophical character. I think he makes him.” distinct from other superheroes.”
In the comics, Johnny Blaze is a stunt biker who ties up with the demon Zarathos to become a vengeful spirit after a deal with the demon Mephisto. Using his Hellfire powers for good, Blaze rides the cycle of a blazing hell while battling the supernatural threats of the Marvel universe.
Cage played Blaze in Ghost rider its complement, Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance. Gabriel Luna played Robbie Reyes, another Ghost Rider version, across 10 episodes of ABC and Marvel TV Shield Agents.
