DC Comics’ live shows on the CW continue to evolve, with a new pilot in development titled Gotham Knights. The series, separate from the main Arrowverse continuity, will follow an interesting mix of new and established characters within Gotham City, including superstar alum Misha Collins as Harvey Dent, best known for his villainous title Two-Face. During recent appearance in SPN Indy AgreementCollins has broken his silence on portraying the popular DC character, revealing that current plans for his version are to remain Harvey Dent throughout the first season, and potentially become Two-Face in a later season.
“I can tell you I’m playing Harvey Dent, a character from the Batman universe, who has become two-faced,” Collins explained. “I had a little conscience about it because I knew my ex would be like, ‘A proper role! It came to my mind actually, I wouldn’t want anyone to be subjected to such an easy humiliation for the rest of my life! It seems Warner Bros. puts so much into the pilot, it’s cool, seems to have a great team behind it, like our costume designer did. The Handmaid’s TaleLike the really special people in the project. If it were taken and turned into a series – which would be really cool – my character would be Harvey Dent for the first year, so I have a long period of not being two-faced.
