The cause of the death of Big Little Lies director Jean-Marc Vallee has been revealed

On Christmas Day last year, Oscar-nominated and Emmy-winning director Jean-Marc Vallee died unexpectedly with no known cause of death at the time. “Jean-Marc championed creativity, originality and trying things differently,” production partner Nathan Ross said at the time of Valle’s death. β€œHe was a true artist and a gracious and loving young man. Everyone who worked with him could not help but see the talent and vision he possessed. He was a friend, creative partner, and older brother to me. The maestro will be sorely missed but comforts you from knowing his beautiful style and the moving work he shared with the world.”
