“I was a volunteer at Peggy Adams Animal Rescue and a staff member told me about an elderly couple trying to deliver a puppy because they could no longer take care of it.” She said Gisela.
She added, “I met the elderly couple and got to know their little tan Chihuahua. They named him Peanut Butter. I later changed his name to TobyKeith.”
He gained popularity after celebrating his 21st birthday on January 9 this year.

Toby is a star in his own right.
Although he suffers from a heart condition, he is living life to the fullest.
Most days, he gets up by 6:10 am to greet his fans, followed by a morning meal.
