JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Stone Ocean Part 2 will release on Netflix this fall, but a new report from a leak now points to a September release date.
If you’re thinking back to early December last year, social media platforms around the world were dominated by one particular series, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.
This was when the hit franchise launched its new animated season by Netflix streaming platform to a hit global reception, Stone Ocean.
However, with only 12 episodes released by the streaming giant, many fans were quick to immerse themselves in the entire ‘first part’ of the new season. Fortunately, JoJo’s Stone Ocean Part 2 release window was finally confirmed for Fall 2022 at AnimeJapan event.
Today, April 20, a new report from a well-known leaker indicates that the release date of Stone Ocean Part 2 has been set for September 1.

Ocean stone part 2 Confirmed in AnimeJapan 2022
The JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean franchise appeared at a recent AnimeJapan event, where he was open The second part of the fan-favourite anime is in production.
While fans around the world will obviously be celebrating the announcement, the majority of the Stone Ocean community were already confident that the anime would eventually make a comeback.
The first clue that the series would release a sequel was in fact the number of episodes that the first part released in 2021. Each previous season of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure consisted of 26 to 48 episodes; Which means Stone Ocean was, at the most, only halfway through the franchise’s typical season length.

The good news for fans is that Shueisha has published 158 chapters of the Stone Ocean story in its original Japanese track. This means that if David Productions maintains a similar schedule, we can get not only Part 2 of Stone Ocean, but also Part 3!

Stone Ocean Part 2 release date set for September, leaker says
At the last AnimeJapan event, it was finally confirmed JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean Part 2 will premiere in Fall 2022.
As expected, the series will return in the fall with episodes 13 through 24, with the second part confirmed to be showing early on on Netflix instead of on Japanese broadcasts.

Unfortunately, no specific release date for Japanese or Japanese Netflix platforms has been confirmed at the AnimeJapan event. However, with the assurance that the series will air first on Netflix, fans outside of Japan will not have the usual frustration of waiting for an eternity for the premiere to air.
Now, a new report from the famous “SugoiLITE” cartoon leaker. shown That Stone Ocean’s second broadcast will actually drop on September 1, 2022.

Although the September 2022 release has yet to be officially confirmed by the production team or associated distribution partners, SugoiLITE is a reputable source for the latest anime leaks.
So, while fans of JoJo’s Stone Ocean should take this with a pinch of salt, there’s no apparent reason why a September 1 premiere isn’t a likely option given the pre-confirmation of a fall return.
