An Activision employee made fun of it Call of Duty: War Zone You will get a new ‘Big Map’ when war zone Version 2.0 is coming out next year. The claim was made in a now-deleted tweet that was picked up by ModernWarzone on Twitter. The employee also said that Verdansk will return next year, but apparently “on certain platforms”. Many fans assume that the specific framing means that it will arrive exclusively in the mobile version of war zoneBut it’s impossible to say for sure, and Call of Duty fans should take all of this with caution until we have an official announcement.

It seems that public opinion surrounding Verdask has changed several times over the past two years. For a while, it seemed that the majority of war zone Players are tired of the map and ready for a change. However, since the map has been replaced by Caldera, there seems to be a lot of nostalgia for Verdansk, and many fans are eager to see her return. It might be the result of Caldera’s disappointment, or it’s possible that many fans liked him more than they let them in.
For now, Call of Duty fans will have to wait and see what happens! Activision clearly has big plans for war zone, in addition to its upcoming portable version. Hopefully, the publisher will start revealing specifics about those plans, but in the meantime, war zone Players should have plenty to keep them occupied with Season 3 slated to release on April 27!
