Despite all the ground that Lil Nas X has broken over the past couple of years, it’s hard to believe that the superstar music star has never been on tour. But that will all change this fall when the 23-year-old rapper and singer begins his “Long Live Montero” tour.
The tour, in support of his Grammy-nominated album “Montero,” will kick off in Detroit on September 6 and will stop across the US and Europe through November. Lil Nas X seems to have chosen smaller venues for their performances, compared to huge arenas where performers of his caliber usually have no problem filling them to capacity. In Los Angeles, for example, the 6,000-seat Youtube Theater is set to play in Inglewood instead of the Crypto.com Arena or Rose Bowl.
With a limited number of tickets available, you’ll want to be fast.
For the first time ever, the Mobile Payment Cash App has launched an exclusive pre-sale for the ticket for the Montero Tour, which began on April 27 and runs through April 28 at 10 PM ET. What this means is that cash app customers with a cash card have the ability to purchase tickets from Ticketmaster 48 hours before the public sale begins on Friday. Users can view available tour dates and enter the first nine digits of their cash card into the passcode box to access the pre-sale.
Public tickets go out on Friday, April 29th at 10am, and while there is no way to ensure tickets are secured in advance, Ticketmaster always advises fans to log into their Ticketmaster accounts as soon as possible to save time during the checkout process.
